These terms govern your use of AI Rank Watch (airankwatch.com). By creating an account, you agree to them.
AI Rank Watch tracks how AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity) respond to prompts you configure, and surfaces mention, sentiment, and content recommendations based on those responses. Results reflect what each AI provider returned at the time of tracking — we don't control, and can't guarantee the accuracy of, third-party AI-generated content.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up.
New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no credit card required, capped at 5 tracked prompts on the Perplexity engine only. Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Agency) are billed monthly via PayPal at the price shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Plan limits (tracked prompts, engines, brands) are enforced automatically.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that. See our full Refund Policy for when refunds are and aren't issued.
Don't use the service to track prompts containing illegal content, to attempt to overwhelm or abuse our infrastructure or the underlying AI providers' APIs, or to attempt to access other customers' data.
We own the AI Rank Watch product, brand, and software. You own the brand, competitor, and prompt data you enter. AI-generated response text belongs to the respective AI provider under their own terms.
The service is provided “as is.” AI-generated tracking results and recommendations are informational and should not be treated as a guarantee of business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Rank Watch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for how to request data deletion.
We'll update the date at the top of this page if these terms change materially. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
