Free trial first

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. Use it to confirm AI Rank Watch is right for you before any money changes hands.

Monthly subscriptions

Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Agency) are billed monthly in advance via PayPal. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings — cancellation stops future billing but doesn't refund the current period, since you've had access to the service for that period.

When we do refund

• You were charged due to a billing error on our side (duplicate charge, wrong plan, etc.).
• A technical issue on our end meaningfully prevented you from using the service you paid for, and we couldn't resolve it within a reasonable time.
• You were charged after a cancellation that should have taken effect.

In these cases, contact billing@airankwatch.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right.

When we generally don't refund

Partial-month usage after a voluntary cancellation, or simply changing your mind after using the service for most of a billing period. If your situation doesn't fit neatly into either category, email us anyway — we review requests case by case.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via PayPal, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
